Before a Rockies Game, I stopped by Lodo’s Bar & Grill to grab some lunch. I had the Kobe Beef Sliders and they were outstanding. Keep massaging those cows!

While eating lunch we did a little photoshoot with an Izze Soda Bottle.

Gotta take advantage of good lighting, even if your food is getting cold.

This weekend I got a chance to shoot a gun. For the first time. And let’s just say I was nervous. I’m not really a gun person. But I thought I’d be open and give it a try.
It ended up being pretty fun, and felt less “aggressive” than I thought it would. I shot a revolver and I think it was a 22 caliber. I felt like a real cowboy. I ended up hitting 5 for 6 on my target (a paper plate).

Look at these Yummy Tomatoes! Such an easy way to brighten up any meal. Nice tomatoes (from a Farmer’s Market) topped with tasty cheese. I can’t think of anything tastier.
Add in a lovely steak from a grass-fed cow, and you’ve got yourself a meal.

Okay, I have a confession. I love puzzles. I love them. Doing a puzzle is the most relaxing thing to me. So when we took a day off, I made sure to do a puzzle

Oh man, this was some extremely delicious stir fry I whipped up. I can’t take all the credit, I’m going to give most of the credit to the veggies. They tasted outstanding. These are the veggies we received from Door to Door Organics.
This meal was so good we had it again the next night.

A co-worker informed Stacey about a cool new service. It’s called Door-to-Door Organics. You go online, order organic fruit and vegetables, and they are delivered to your doorstep.
This is an awesome service, and a wonderful idea. It is hard to find good produce at the local grocery store, unless it is July or August, and also hard to get to a Farmer’s Market every weekend. This is a quick easy way to get that produce to help create healthy meals.
This are some of the fruit and veggies that we received.

I headed over to the Colorado Rockies Game about a week ago. It was a bit cold, but the seats were fun. I had fun watching Cargo and Dexter Fowler playing in the outfield.

Yum…This is our homemade pizza. Can you believe it?
We buy the dough from our local butcher shop and it is the best dough ever! The best part is I get to do that “toss the dough in the air” thing. But then I have to wait while it rises.
This first time I let it rise too much, and it was a pretty fun mistake, because it was super puffy. This time I reduced the rising time. I like a thinner crust.
The easiest way to make your pizza look pretty: Cheese then Toppings then Cheese. And let the cheese brown for goodness sakes.
